Ten Week Futsal PE Program Overview

Theme: From “I” to “We” – Building Team Synergy Through a Futsal
Framework: Five-Stage Synergy Model
Target Grades:Kt–12th

Duration: 10 Weeks | 2 Weeks per Stage
Goal: Help students grow from individual skill to team-wide synergy using basketball as the foundation for learning communication, trust, and leadership.

Weeks 1–2: STAGE 1 – THINKING
Theme: “Control the Paddle, Control the Moment”
Focus: Self-awareness, technique, and emotional regulation helps me focus?”

✅ Goal: Build internal focus, technique control, and resilience in solo drills.

Weeks 3–4: STAGE 2 – KNOWLEDGE
Theme: “Know Your Partner”
Focus: Awareness of teammate tendencies, styles, and preferences

✅ Goal: Improve communication, trust, and early rhythm with a partner.

Weeks 5–6: STAGE 3 – UNDERSTANDING
Theme: “Play in Sync”
Focus: Empathy, movement flow, and supportive coverage
✅ Goal: Build team chemistry, timing, and unspoken support in doubles play.

Weeks 7–8: STAGE 4 – WISDOM
Theme: “Choose the Right Shot, Together”
Focus: Strategy, in-game decision making, shared leadership

✅ Goal: Encourage smart, team-first choices with accountability.

Weeks 9–10: STAGE 5 – SYNERGY
Theme: “We Move as One”
Focus: Cohesion, anticipation, and shared victory
✅ Goal: Demonstrate true teamwork, mutual reliance, and celebration of collective growth.

Week 10 Showcase: “Pickleball Synergy Invitational”
* Student-led warm-ups, partner rotations, and reflection huddles
* Mixed-team games scored on teamwork + effort, not just points
* Family-friendly atmosphere with awards and reflections
