Our Flag Football Program introduces athletes to the game in a fun, fast-paced, and developmental environment—where learning goes beyond the playbook.

🧠 Stage 1: Thinking – “I Am Aware”

Players begin by developing awareness of themselves, their movement, and their role on the field.
Focus:
Basic movement (running, stopping, changing direction)
Understanding space and positioning
Listening and responding to coaching

📘 Stage 2: Knowledge – “I Learn How”

Athletes are introduced to the fundamentals of flag football.
Focus:
Throwing, catching, and handoffs
Learning basic routes and positioning
Understanding simple rules of the game

Players begin to connect their actions with their teammates.
Focus:
Timing and spacing
Communication on the field
Learning how plays work together

Athletes start making decisions in real-time game situations.

When to pass, run, or defend
Reading the field
Supporting teammates during play
