Ten Week Basketball PE Program Overview
Theme: From “I” to “We” – Building Team Synergy Through Basketball
Framework: Five-Stage Synergy Model
Target Grades:Kt–12th 
Duration: 10 Weeks | 2 Weeks per Stage
Goal: Help students grow from individual skill to team-wide synergy using basketball as the foundation for learning communication, trust, and leadership.

Weeks 1–2: STAGE 1 – THINKING
Theme: “It Starts With Me”
Focus: Self-awareness, body control, and personal discipline

Weeks 3–4: STAGE 2 – KNOWLEDGE
Theme: “Know Your Team”
Focus: Recognition, communication, and passing awareness

✅ Goal: Increase communication and basic team awareness.

Weeks 5–6: STAGE 3 – UNDERSTANDING
Theme: “See the Game Through Their Eyes”
Focus: Empathy, timing, support during play
