Ten-Week Basketball PE Program Overview
Theme: From “I” to “We” – Building Team Synergy Through Basketball
Framework: Five-Stage Synergy Model
Target Grades:Kt–12th
Duration: 10 Weeks | 2 Weeks per Stage
Goal: Help students grow from individual skill to team-wide synergy using basketball as the foundation for learning communication, trust, and leadership.

Ten – Week Pickleball PE Program Overview
Theme: From “I” to “We” – Building Synergy Through Pickleball
Framework: Five-Stage Synergy Model
Grades: K–12th (adaptable)
Duration: 10 Weeks | 2 Weeks per Stage
